“For 22 years, I ran a dance studio with over 1,300 students and more than 40 staff members. The dancing was never the hard part. The real challenge was keeping everyone organized and on the same page.

And then there was payroll day: collecting timesheets, reviewing hours, tracking down what was missing and correcting mistakes. Time that could have been spent growing the studio instead of managing paperwork.
I've also spent 15 years developing software for some of the largest companies in the U.S. So I decided to combine my experience in both worlds and build the tool I always wished I'd had.”
